  • We reserve the right to modify this TOS at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Note: Unmetered does not mean unlimited. It simply allows full access to the node's allocated power without enforced usage caps.

2. 👤 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
  • You are liable for all activity under your account, even if done without your permission.
  • Impersonation, fake identities, or fraudulent information will result in suspension or permanent bans.

3. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited across all services (Minecraft & VPS):

  • DDoS attacks, port scanning, or abuse of network resources.
  • Hosting or sharing malware, viruses, phishing pages, or RATs.
  • Crypto mining, illegal proxy services, botnets, or spam relays.
  • Uploading pirated Minecraft versions, illegal plugins/mods, or cracked software.
  • NSFW content, hate speech, harassment, or extremist materials.
  • Bypassing service limits, firewall protections, or virtualization restrictions.

Violations may result in instant termination with no refund.

10. 🔁 Refund Policy

  1. Refunds apply only within 48 hours of first purchase.
  2. No refunds for renewals, addons, or domains.
  3. Services with heavy usage may not qualify.
  4. TOS violations void refund eligibility.
  5. Chargebacks = permanent ban from all services.
  6. Refunds go to the original payment method only.
  7. Refunded services are immediately deleted.
  8. Abuse of refunds may result in blacklisting.
  9. A valid reason is required for refund approval.
